Sports

Sports at our School

Overall, sports on the school curriculum help children from a young age in many ways, from developing their social skills by making friends, learning how to deal with conflict, and celebrating shared success with others.

Likewise, school sports allow children to take a step back from their academic work and engage in fun physical activity that isn’t reliant on academic performance.

Ultimately, school sports will benefit young people’s education as it will impact their overall enjoyment of their time in school and lets them focus more during lessons; potentially resulting in better academic performance.

FootBall

Each practice at school is laying the foundation for a strong work ethic that students will use throughout their lives. And this is one of the biggest benefits of football

VolleyBall

When students take up volleyball, they become aware of the risks sports pose when done wrong. They learn to avoid injury by doing the right things, such as stretching pre and post-match.

BasketBall

Basketball helps students build up their self-discipline, both on the court and off it. They must follow the rules of the game, conduct sportsmanlike, and practice professionally.

HandBall

Handball is useful for the intellect: the logic and speed of thinking develop. Also, students develop overall endurance when responding to physical stress, quick exercise reaction times,...
